A meeting with Calabria’s sea
Torre Melissa is the seaside locality of Melissa municipality, in Crotone province.
Its name recalls the coastal tower that marks the landscape.
The shoreline belongs to the Costa dei Saraceni on the Ionian Sea.
The location allows beach time to be combined with exploring coastal defence heritage.
The Region presents this waterfront among Crotone’s seaside destinations.
In 2026 FEE awards the section called Litorale Torre Melissa.
Melissa’s historic centre is a separate stop, rather than the beach access location.
Choose an identified operator for facilities and activities instead of attributing one club’s offer to the entire beach.
